The Male Vitality Center privacy policy was updated on June 15th, 2019.

Your privacy is important to Male Vitality Center so we’ve developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your personal information.

In addition to this Privacy Policy, we provide data and privacy information imbedded in our messaging and services for certain features that ask to use your personal information.

At Male Vitality Center, we are dedicated to protecting your right to privacy. Disclosure of your health information or its use for any purpose, other than for the purposes of treatment, obtaining payment, or supporting the day-to-day care operations of the practice, requires your specific written authorization. Please know that this concerns your personal health records, and can only be signed by you or your legal representative, such as a Power of Attorney, Guardian, or Conservator.

We do not share patient information outside of our office without the patient’s permission. When using this website, we use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, improving your experience on our website, and communicating with you. Like many websites, we may use cookies or other information on your computer to help the pages of our website load faster for repeat visitors. 

We may send you emails or special offers that might be of value to you from time to time. Any such emails will have an unsubscribe function to allow you to remove yourself from future emails from us.

In some of our email messages, we use a “click-through URL” linked to content on the Male Vitality Center website. Digital Ads

This website uses the Facebook and Google Ads re-marketing service to advertise on third party websites to visitors to our site. This means that we might advertise to visitors who have not yet completed a task on our site – for example, after using the contact form to make an inquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Facebook feed, Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Facebook and Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s activity on to our website Any data collected in this way is used in accordance with our own privacy policy, and Facebook’s and Google’s privacy policy.

You can set your preferences for how Facebook advertises to you in your account’s preferences, and for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page. Additionally, if you prefer, you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by modifying your browser’s cookie settings.


Male Vitality Center may use your information to remind you about upcoming appointments. Typically, appointment reminders are a brief, non-specific message. If you have voicemail or an answering machine, we may leave messages regarding appointments, treatment or other information pertinent to your care, or payment for your care provided at Male Vitality Center. If you do not desire this you must notify our office in advance and provide alternate contact instructions.

Privacy Questions

If you have any questions or concerns about Male Vitality Center’s Privacy Policy or data processing, or if you would like to make a complaint about a possible breach of local privacy laws, please contact us. You can always contact us by phone at our main number.

When a privacy question or question about personal information received in response to an access or a download request is received we triage and address your issue. Where your issue may be more substantive in nature, we may request more information from you. All such substantive contacts receive a response within seven (7) days wherever possible – providing a response on the issue raised, requesting additional information where necessary or indicating that a response will require additional time. If you ask us, we will endeavor to provide you with information about relevant complaint avenues which may be applicable to your circumstances.

Where your complaint indicates an improvement could be made in our handling of privacy issues we will take steps to make such an update at the next reasonable opportunity. In the event that a privacy issue has resulted in a negative impact on you or another person we will take steps to address that with you or that other person.

Male Vitality Center may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. When we change the policy in a substantive way, a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated Privacy Policy.
